Do I need to make an appointment to can I just walk in?

We offer both walk in services and appointments. If you do make an appointment, you will spend less time in store for your repair.
 

My device was repaired less that 90 days ago but its now physically damaged again. Is that covered under my 90 day guarantee?

No, our guarantee cover all manufacturer defects such as dead pixels or touch sensitivity issues provided that no additional physical damage has occurred. If this has happened to you, please contact the store you visited so we can offer you a special discount for a second repair.
 

What Is Total Drop Protection? And is it included with my repair?

Total Drop Protection is a feature you can add for an additional one time $49 fee. Once added to your account your entitled to deep discounts on all future qualified repairs. To see the discounts available for your device, find your device and then view the pricing below it in blue.
 

What if I have more than just one device to repair? Do you offer any business accounts or discounts?

Yes! We love business customers. If your business qualifies, you can take advantage of some great additional services and volume discounts. Learn more.
 

I don’t see my device listed on your Website. Does that mean you don’t offer it?

Not necessarily. We offer device repairs on thousands of devices so its virtually impossible to list them all. Don’t see your device here? No worries, send us a repair quote request and we will let you know the cost and time frame details.
 

I’m trying to schedule a repair but I don’t see my device and repair specifically listed.

Thats OK, just select “Not Listed Here” and make a quick note letting us know the repair needed.
 

Why have I seen a lower price from a local competitor?

We research our marketplace weekly to ensure that our prices are fair and accurate. And since we offer OEM quality parts, we know you will not find a better value in this market. However, if you do, we offer a low price guarantee. Just show us a published price and we will do our best to match it.
 

How do I know I can trust my phone with All Mobile Matters?

We have been performing Mobile Device repair since June of 2009 with more than 100,000 successful repair experiences. Additionally, we both pretest and post test all devices to ensure your device works before you leave. Then, we guarantee our work for up to 90 after delivery.
 

What if my repair requires a tier 2 repair technician such as solder work?

We do offer high level board work such as soldering charger ports, volume button, etc. but this work is completed at our Office in Tempe.
 

What if the part I need isn’t in stock?

We stock more than 10,000 parts so its very likely that it will be. But, if in the event it needs to be ordered, you should expect to wait 3-5 business days for arrival. We will call you once the part arrives to set up an installation appointment.
 

How long will my repair take?

Most repairs are completed within one hour. Tablet repair do take additional time. If you request a quote, we will approximate your wait time in our response.
 

Do you offer “We come to you services”?

We do not. However, we do have 10 convenient Phoenix and Tucson locations to choose from. Find the store closest to you.
 

Does completing a repair with All Mobile Matters void my warranty?

In a word, No. Apple, along with other manufacturers have stated that third party repairs do not automatically void your 1 year warranty.
 

How do I know if I need Glass Only Repair or if I need a complete LCD Assembly?

Many devices can be repaired by replacing just the glass covering the LCD. If your device isn’t experiencing any touch sensitivity issues, black marks or lines in the display, you likely qualify for a glass only repair.
