This benefit has no expiration date and can be used as many times as necessary. Qualified devices are iPhone 5, 5S, 6, 6S, 6 Plus, 6S Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8 and 8 Plus.

We do offer high level board work such as soldering charger ports, volume button, etc. but this work is completed at our office in Tempe.

In a word, No. Apple, along with other manufacturers have stated that third party repairs do not automatically void your 1 year warranty.  

Many devices can be repaired by replacing just the glass covering the LCD. If your device isn’t experiencing any touch sensitivity issues, black marks or lines in the display, you likely qualify for a glass only repair.
