Your business repair account

Business Repairs, Simplified.

From your first service request to billing and reporting, here is how your business repair account works after approval.

  1. Set Up Your Account

Confirm authorized contacts, billing details, PO requirements, parts preferences, and service arrangements with your account manager.

  2. Submit a Repair

Use the Business Service Request form. Include your internal PO or ticket number, device details, repair needs, and return information. Most clients send batches of 3–8 devices.

  3. Get Your Device Repaired

Most repairs are completed within 1–2 days after we receive your damaged devices. We keep many parts in stock and plan ahead for incoming devices to get them repaired and shipped back quickly.

  4. Receive Invoices & Reports

Receive an itemized invoice for each repair batch, or consolidate frequent repairs into a monthly invoice. Your PO or ticket references help you track each repair.

Choose your service method

In-store service

Arrange a drop-off at an AMM store. Confirm the location and appointment with your account manager before traveling.

Mail-in service

We provide shipping and return labels for your devices. Most clients ship batches of 3–8 devices. Submit the Business Service Request form before shipping, and include the Record ID supplied by your representative inside the package.

Arranged mobile service

Ask your account manager about pickup, delivery, or on-site service. Availability, location, volume requirements, and fees are agreed per account.

What to expect

Business repair questions

Do I need an approved account before requesting a business repair?

New customers should request a Business Account first. After approval, your account manager confirms your service and billing arrangements and explains how to submit repairs.

What do I enter for PO/Ticket#?

PO/Ticket# is your internal purchase order or repair ticket reference. Include it with each device so we can reference it on your invoice and repair report.

How long will repairs take?

Most repairs are completed within 1–2 days after we receive the damaged device. We keep many parts in stock and usually know your devices are on their way, so we can prepare ahead and ship them back as quickly as possible. Parts availability and complex repairs can affect timing.

What warranty applies to my repair?

Ask your account manager to confirm the warranty for the quoted repair, including coverage, exclusions, and how to request follow-up service.

How should we prepare devices and provide testing access?

Back up company data and follow your IT policy. Leave passcodes out of web forms and routine emails; arrange any testing access directly with your account manager using a method approved by your company.

How does invoicing work?

We can invoice each repair batch separately, or consolidate frequent repairs into a monthly invoice. Most clients send batches of 3–8 devices. Your account manager confirms the invoicing arrangement and payment terms during account setup.
