2. Our representative will contact you within 1 business day to confirm the repair and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
3. Once confirmed, carefully package your device and battery. Omit items such as SD, SIM card and accessories. Then drop it off at your nearest USPS location.
4. Most in-stock repair items will be completed the same business day after receipt and returned via USPS Priority Mail.
