I brought my  iPhone 6 in to your Tucson Park Place mall to replace the battery. After replacement it would no longer connect – stopped at apple logo. Ramon was very professional and acknowledged that it was the store’s responsibility. He worked long trying to trouble-shoot but could not find a hardware issue. He said it might work if it was reset but that I would lose all data. He offered a preowned larger S model as a loaner because it would take hours to download and install the OS. Said if he couldn’t fix it he would make the larger model available at a discount. As it worked out, it worked after the reset, but I wanted to keep the larger model. He sold it to me at the earlier mentioned discount.

Very refreshing to find a store that takes responsibility, and Ramon bent over backwards to accommodate me. I am a customer now for life.
