We had already built a strong reputation across several Phoenix-area stores, and Tucson felt like the right next step. And it was. The city welcomed us immediately. We set up shop at Tucson Mall, and the response from the community was genuinely great.

A few years later, we opened a second location at Park Place Mall. Over the years that followed, we made thousands of connections with Tucson customers — helping people out of real jams, fixing devices that were critical to their work, their families, their daily lives. That part never got old.

But malls changed. Foot traffic shifted. And keeping up with the rising costs of a physical mall presence became harder and harder to justify. So in February 2025, we made what was honestly a tough call: we closed our last Tucson storefront.

Instead of closing up and walking away, we spent a couple of months doing something we’d never done before — outfitting a mid-sized van to serve as a fully operational repair shop on wheels. The same capabilities our store had, packed neatly into a van wrapped in our familiar branding.
